Flat Top Tubular Fence Panel

You get vertical pickets at 100mm clear spacing that satisfies AS 1926.1 pool barrier requirements out of the box, so installations pass inspection the first time. You choose steel for strength or aluminium for coastal locations — one modular system, both materials, no redesign needed.

Why Buyers Choose Our Tubular Fencing

Built around how Australian fence buyers actually purchase: compliance first, then system completeness, then verifiable quality.

  • Compliance Built Into the Specification

Every pool-compliant panel ships with vertical pickets at 100mm clear spacing, horizontal rails spaced at 900mm or more, and self-closing gate hardware tested to 25,000 cycles with permanently marked components — so what you order is what passes inspection, under both the current standard and the AS 1926.1:2024 edition arriving in NSW and QLD from May 2027.

  • One Factory, One Complete System

Panels, posts, gates, hardware and fittings come from one production line as a single coordinated kit. Tubular panels nest flat-packed, so you load more metres per container than rigid systems — and every component, down to one replacement picket, stays orderable for the life of your program.

  • Verified Quality, Traceable Batches

ISO 9001-certified manufacturing in an SGS and BV-audited facility, with 20 years of production history and 12 national patents behind the range. Every shipment leaves with a batch QC report you can hand straight to your own compliance file.

From First Sample to Container Program

From fencing distributors to contractors and project buyers, professional customers need more than competitive pricing. They need consistent specifications, compatible components, clear communication and reliable bulk supply. Here are three typical cooperation scenarios showing what buyers value when sourcing complete pre-painted steel fencing systems from JZH Fence.

“What made the process easier was being able to discuss the panels, posts, rails and accessories together instead of sourcing every component separately. The specifications were confirmed clearly before production, which helped us prepare the order with more confidence.”

Nancy James
Fence & Outdoor Product Wholesaler, Australia

“We needed a fencing supplier that could understand our required dimensions, finishes and component combinations. JZH Fence helped us confirm the product configuration before ordering, which made it easier to plan the range for our local customers.”

Charlotte Evans
Garden Screen Retail Buyer, United Kingdom

“For a larger fencing order, compatibility and communication were just as important as price. The team helped us review the fence system and required accessories before production, which reduced uncertainty during the purchasing process.”

Michael Turner
Contractor & Project Buyer, North America

Frequently asked questions

For a barrier under AS 1926.1, the deciding specs are vertical picket spacing at 100mm or less, horizontal rails spaced 900mm or further apart, a bottom gap of 100mm or less, and a self-closing, self-latching gate. Our flat top and loop top panels at 100mm spacing are built to that specification; spear top and wider-spaced decorative styles are intended for gardens and perimeters, not pool barriers. Tell us the application and we confirm the right configuration before quoting.

Steel gives you the stronger panel at a lower material cost, hot-dip galvanised and powder coated for corrosion protection — the usual choice for security and commercial work. Aluminium is completely rust-free and lighter to handle, which makes it the standard for pool fencing and coastal installations. Both run on the same modular system of 40×40mm rails and 25×25mm pickets, so you can mix them across a project range.

Yes. Standard panels run 2400 or 3000mm wide with heights from 900 to 2100mm (2400mm for security grades), but custom heights, colours from the powder coat range, and pressed or welded picket patterns are all manufacturable. Low MOQs apply to standard specifications; custom tooling is quoted per project.

Steel panels are pre-galvanised then powder coated to AS/NZS 4506; aluminium panels are powder coated directly. Both finishes are UV-stabilised for Australian conditions, and coastal-spec options are available for salt-air sites. Warranty terms are confirmed per order specification — ask for the warranty sheet with your quotation.

Panels and posts ship flat-packed and nested, which loads more metres per container than rigid panel systems — we provide a loading plan with your quote. Gates and hardware ship crated. Replacement pickets, rails, posts and hardware stay orderable individually after your first container, so site damage and repairs never stall an installation.
