How Did We Finish 400pcs Heavy Steel Fence in 5 Days?

      Due to customer's trust,we got one order of 2000 liner meters steel fence from one Canada customer after our Chinese New Year.

It's a great feeling while order confirm in a very short time,only 4 or 5 days i think.But customer asked for 7 days leading time for first 40ft container,it was a challenge for us that time.Cause there are still several pending orders under production during our holiday.

Delivery time confirmed between our customer and us after a production meeting,we said yes to our customer.

     There are always unpredictable things happening,customer said no to us when we showed the cad drawing to him before production.31 pcs pickets instead of 19 pcs pickets for the fences,a big misunderstanding between us and our customers, which involves in issues of price and lead production,more pickets means more works for one single fence(which you can see following drawing)

      Customer would not love to pay more,also we would lost money if we continue to produce these fences. Things seemed messed up.

After one day,we talked with customer that we would like to bear 50% of the costs,thanks for customer's understanding,he also would love to bear 50%,then production started...We never lower down our quality even we lose some money on this order.

   Laser cutting machine to make punching holes perfect,laser welding to make welding point every smooth,also we are using first classpowder for surface coating,Akzol nobel powder,professional sea-worthy packing.

   Thanks for our workers 7 days consistent hard working,all production finished and container loading over yesterday night.
