Base plate,standard plate,half plate and tag plate

Our factory is equipped with one pipe and plate integrated laser cutting machine,who powder up to 3000w,can easily cut plate whose thickness up to 20mm,with no burrs.we do many metal processing for our customers for different applications.
These base plate,standard plate,half plate and tag plate are made of steel 350,whose thickness is 10mm.All are mill finished,used for construction structure.These plates are very strong and durable.

Pipe insert for fence post

First we use our laser cutting machine to cut off one side from pipe.Then cut base plate by our machine.Finally we weld them together.This is widely used as pipe insert of fence post.
