we are using laser welding machines which can keep welding surface smooth and looks beautiful.
Advanced spray system are used for pre-treatment before powder coating.Oil,dust and iron scurf onto the galvanized steel fences could be removed by this spray system.
We are using different powder from Aksu powder after we check with our customers about their applications,like when our galvanized steel fences are used in Australia,then powder with good ability anti-uv would be our first choice.
We have a strict quality checking system to keep all fences sent to customers are at high quality levels,third party inspection is also accepted.
We pay much attention to packing,all are sea-worthy packing to keep all steel fences are good when customers receive them.
