PVC PICKET FENCE
1.We are using virgin vinyl materials,10% Tio2 and hot stabilizer etc.All materials are mixed in our advance mixer which can make the products with good ability of strength and bending.
2.Our factory is equipped with several advanced blender,more than 8 skilled and professional machine operators who are engaged in pvc profiles extrusion for many years.Also thickness and shape of profiles would be checked during production.
3.Color card or small sample provided to customers to check color,there is one advanced color detection machine in factory to make sure the color meet to customers’needs.
4.Cutting,routing holes,notching would be finished by our different machines,all are based on CAD drawing,finished within standard tolerance.
We would use high-speed air distribution equipment to clean the dust and debris onto or inside of the profiles before packing.

1. Will Privacy PVC/Vinyl fence become brittle in winter?
PVC/Vinyl fence will become less flexible in cold weather conditions. However, unless subjected to unusual impact, it will not break or crack.
2. Will Privacy PVC/Vinyl fence crack, chip, peel or rot?
Vinyl fence is never to crack, chip, peel and rot.
3. Are Privacy PVC/Vinyl fences maintenance free?
Yes, under normal condition all that is required is an annual washing of the fence to keep it looking new.
4. Will Privacy PVC/Vinyl fence mildew or collect mold?
when subjected to extended damp weather, vinyl fence will collect mold and mildew. They are, however, easily cleaned with a solution of mild household detergent and water.
