Vertical slat install guide

1.Place first slat on padded goods,then place the top and bottom frames onto the slat.

2.Position front edge of slat required distance from the edge of the top and bottom frame and screw through frame to affix at both end of the slat with 1×screw per end.

3.Slide remaining slats into the top and bottom frame and attach with single screw through top and bottom frames to affix,then check measure diagonals.Double screw fix first and last slats.

4.Place U channel over top and bottom,pre-drill 3mm holes and screws off in three points on top and bottom of the U channel-Measure in 50mm from the left and right edges,then one in the center.

5.Place F section over each side of panel-F section and screw them.

6.Lift panel into opening and push F section out to sit flush to wall,then affix F section to wall.Ensure sufficient pilot hoes are drilled before affixing.

Q: What is Powder Coating and Why use it ?

A: Powder coating is one of the most durable exterior finishes available today. It is used on many metal items that are exposed to the weather because, as a finish, it is the best way to insure durability, weather resistance, and color retention. A powder-coated finish is part paint and part polyester sealer/resin. The finish is applied as a powder, electrostatically, and while held to the metal this way, is baked in an oven. It is baked at a hot enough temperature so, in effect, the outside layer of the metal fuses with the melted powder forming a hard, weather-resistant finish.

Q: What custom colors are available ? 

A: We can custom match, in powder coat, practically any color sample you may have. As you might imagine this can add significant time to the production process since we must allow time for you to approve of a test strip of the custom match color. ALL RAL Colour we can custom match.
