Spear top imposing steel fence
Laser welding:Horizontal rails are punched with holes by molds or by our laser cutting machine,then upright pickets go through it,we are using laser welding to weld rails and pickets in full sides or two sides,the welding surface is very smooth and looks beautiful.
Lock uninvitors and intruders out. Upright picket with crimped spear top is deterrent for any unauthorized entry. Beside, the narrow horizontal rail space makes there is no foot holds to climb over.
Crimped spear-top and flat-top optional. There are spear-top fencing,curved spear-top fencing and two sides curved spear top steel fence.
Good performance in anti-corrosion surface treatment.
Full hot dipped galvanized. We have our own zinc pond which can make hot dipped galvanizing easier.G90 or G60 galvanized coating on both inside and outside of the steel tube. Thus, the whole steel tube surface is protected by anti-corrosive coating. Service life can reach more than 25 years.
Pre-galvanized and powder coating. Corrosion resistance galvanized coating plus colorful powder coating make the steel fencing both durable and attractive.We are using first grade powder produced by AkzoNobel,also there are a series of Akzo powder used for different applications and weather conditions,when fences are used in Australia or some places with much sunshine,then we need powder with good ability of anti-uv etc.
